Mountain Magic Travel has been operating successfully since 1981.

Multilingual internationally qualified ski instructor Marion Murri heads up her team of dedicated guides offering you the exhilaration of unique adventures in some of the world’s most exotic locations such as The Himalayas, Romania, and South America, and some specially selected destinations in Italy, Austria, France and Switzerland.

Away from the well-worn tracks teeming with tourists, Marion's enthusiastic guides introduce you to areas that few people ever see, let alone conquer. This is the domain for committed, passionate adventurers and travelers of all ages and fitness levels who also share a healthy appetite for the comforts of the good life.

Not your every-day kind of guides
Every guided Mountain Adventure is led by experts in their chosen field.
The guides are qualified as ski instructors or alpine guides, and are members of the Ski Instructors Association or International Mountain Guides Association as well as their local bodies and Mountain Rescue organisations. Not only are you travelling with your host, escort, guide and friend, but also your own personal instructor who is always willing to throw a few hints your way! As you will discover, it’s great to have such company and to share your enjoyment with a group of like-minded adventurers. If you enjoy skiing, snowboarding, climbing or trekking, then there will be a Mountain Adventure for you. Marion Murri has dedicated her life to enjoying every aspect of the mountains. From skiing the far-flung corners of the world to climbing mountains at her back door, Marion’s love for the mountains has driven her to join forces with world wide organisations to create Mountain Adventures so that she may share her experiences with you.

All the Creature Comforts
Just because Mountain Adventures specialises in adventures off the beaten track does not mean that you have to give up home comfort and holiday luxuries. You can still enjoy drinks at the bar with friends, nightclubbing, log fires and liqueurs, and a comfortable warm bed, no matter where your adventure takes you. Of course we cannot forget the charm of the traditional mountain huts of our lunch stops and the rustic après ski bars.

The Participants
Our participants are intermediate to expert skiers and board riders. They are mostly from Europe and Australia. With the multilingual guides there is rarely a language problem! We have not, however, forgotten the beginners, as they may be catered for on Independent and Discovery weeks. Groups are divided into several ability levels with an average of six people per guide. Intermediate skiers: don’t worry about your ability to negotiate off-piste conditions. Our qualified guides will show you some of the many techniques for mastering the varying snow types that you may meet when venturing into the exciting world of off-piste skiing. For the expert there is plenty to test your skills and courage among the many hidden chutes and valleys that abound in these rugged mountains. Our ski weeks and safaris are fun, intense and always exciting.
